The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was able to sleep well. I liked that there was a good amount of space and having a full refrigerator and freezer for food and snacks. We were on the 3rd floor, and it did take several minutes for the water in the shower to warm up. Not a problem, just something to be aware. I forgot my toothbrush, so I went to the front desk to get one, and found that I had to pay for it. That was a little disappointing.
Unexpected stay near Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital. Residence Inn was very close and staff was kind when I had to book 4 night. The hotel, room, and elevators smelled so good. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay there again when my husband has to return for his heart recovery doctor appointments. Thank you so much.
I had a very pleasant stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Plano. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises, and the staff were consistently friendly and supportive. We especially appreciated the spacious, well-furnished room which provided great comfort. The complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a good variety of choices to start the day. This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area.
Christina Flores and Ashley Reyes and Melissa are COMPLETE GEMS! I had a grueling flight and was completely exhausted checking in past midnight. As soon as I walked into the Residence Inn I was greeted with smiles and courtesy. They were so helpful and made me feel welcome, comfortable and safe. This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and in a prime location. Ashley, Christina and Melissa are incredible assets to this establishment. THANK YOU! Edit: I would also like to add the astounding professionalism of Mrs MELISSA! at the front desk, whose smile is like sunshine! She assisted me from before my arrival until after my departure. I HIGHLY recommend this specific Residence Inn off of Coit Rd. It was the absolute best stay I've had at a hotel ever. P.S. I even received a happy 50th birthday present from the hotel FABULOUS!

Juliana went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the location was perfect-everything we needed was close by. The only downside was the hotel parking lot, which lacked sufficient lighting at night. Aside from that, our stay was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back!

There are nothing but great things to be said about this location. From management, especially Genesis, to housekeeping everyday, breakfast staff and even the guest. We enjoy our stay each and very time. The love is seen for this location and their team is always working together. Five Stars well worth it.
